[Activate Account/Reset Password]

On the login page, click on "Activate/Forgot Password" to either activate your personal account or reset your password.

Activate/Forgot Password consists of three steps:

1. Confirm your account by entering your employee/student ID for account verification.

2. Security verification： Complete this step by selecting either the phone or email verification method. If you need to update your phone or email, faculty and staff can log in to the "Personnel System" for updates, while students can log in to the " Student Work System". The authentication platform will be automatically synchronized.

3. Set your password by entering a new password that meets the strength and confirmation requirements. Click "Confirm" to complete the process.

[Identity Authentication Login]

Enter your employee/student ID and password to log in.

[Log in with WeChat or WeCom]

Scan the QR code on the login page with your WeChat or WeCom to log in.

When logging in for the first time, enter your employee/student ID and password to complete the binding process.

[Log in with QQ]

Click on the QQ icon at the bottom to navigate to the QQ authorization login page.

Scan the QR code to log in with QQ.

When using QQ authorization login for the first time, you need to enter your employee/student ID and password to bind.

[Unbind QQ or WeChat/WeCom]

Users can log in to "all.tongji.edu.cn" and search for "统一身份认证自助服务" to unbind QQ or WeChat in the basic information section.

[Change Password]

Users can log in to "all.tongji.edu.cn" and search for "统一身份认证自助服务", and select "Change Password". Enter the original password, a new password that meets password strength requirements, and confirmation password, and click "Submit" to complete the process.

[Enhanced Authentication]

Enhanced authentication will be triggered after 3 consecutive incorrect password attempts. After mobile phone verification, you can log in normally.

Your account will be locked for 10 minutes after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts.

[Mobile Access]

Faculty and students who have completed WeChat/WeCom binding on the personal computer can access mobile applications through WeChat links and choose WeChat authorization single sign-on for seamless login.

Click "Cancel" to enter your employee/student ID and password for login.
